"Masha(aka Maria) is an amazing teacher! It’s difficult to put in words what Masha did for me. I wanted to do yoga because of my health conditions and I thought if I will loose weight then I will feel better but Masha understood the root cause of my health conditions, she did an assessment of my body type before we began the classes and customized the practice according to my body’s need. My resting heart rate was ~110 and after yoga practice with Masha it went down to ~70, in years I never saw my heart beat as low as 56 but with Masha I experienced this calmness. My blood pressure went down, my anxiety calmed down and I am loosing weight but that’s not my goal anymore:) I have done yoga before with other teachers but they mostly teach you asanas like aerobics,Masha makes you understand what a specific asana does and you read the theory to understand it first and then practice it. She is patient and kind! She makes you understand your body and mind, teaches you about the right habits of eating,sleeping and other daily tasks according to yoga but never pushes them on you. She will patiently work with you and you will pick up these habits yourself, I picked them up when my health improved. With the practice of yoga with Masha my energy level increased, my stress went down and my focused increased. I feel so alive! And she has taught me techniques to do when I am feeling stressed so I can bring my mind back to calmness. So if you are looking to turn your life around, Masha is that Guru for you! THANK YOU MASHA!!!"
